All Rights Reserved. SMP Essentials CORE is proprietary, closed-source software. Copyright in the plugin, its source code, its web control panel, its Discord bot integration, and all associated branding and artwork is owned exclusively by its author(s) (Deadline & Emberforge_YT). No open-source license (MIT, GPL, Apache, or otherwise) is granted. Standard copyright protection applies by default — this page exists to spell out exactly what that means in practice for server owners and players.

What you're allowed to do

Download and run the officially distributed .jar file on any Minecraft server you own or administer, including public and commercial servers.
Configure the plugin through its own config.yml, in-game Staff OS menus, or the web control panel, for your own server's use.
Use the web dashboard and Discord bot integration as part of your own server's staff tooling.

What you're not allowed to do

Redistribute, re-upload, mirror, or share the plugin's .jar file, source code, or any part of it, on any other website, marketplace, resource pack repository, or file-sharing service, without prior written permission from the author(s).
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the plugin's source code for the purpose of creating a competing or derivative product.
Modify the plugin and distribute your modified version (a "fork") to anyone else.
Claim authorship of the plugin, remove or alter copyright/attribution notices, or represent an unofficial build as an official release.
Sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the plugin itself (charging players/members for access to your server that happens to run the plugin is fine — reselling the plugin as a product is not).

The AI-generated resource pack

The optional Minecraft resource pack distributed alongside the plugin (original AI-generated textures restyled from the real game's silhouettes, not Mojang's actual artwork) is covered by this same license. It is provided for use with servers running SMP Essentials CORE and may not be extracted and redistributed as a standalone texture pack elsewhere.

No warranty

The plugin, web dashboard, relay, and Discord bot are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author(s) are not liable for any damages, data loss, or downtime arising from the use of this software.

If you want to redistribute the plugin, build something on top of the public API for a future "SMP Twist" add-on, or need permission for a specific use case not covered above, reach out via the Discord server linked from the private staff panel.
